2. When you hear the operator greeting start:

Interrupt by pressing "0" on a touch tone phone.

3. The operator will ask you to enter the default access code:

This can be found on the voicemail terminal listing (1000).

4. To personalize the passcode:

1. Press 8 (U).
2. Press 7 (F).
3. Note: Some systems use letters in the tutorial - if so, enter the default or old code.
4. Enter the new code.
5. Press #.  (The system should acknowledge by repeating the new access code).

5. To enter or change the greeting:

1. press 8 (U).
2. 4 (G) # and begin speaking.
3. Press # when done. 
4. To play back press 8 (U) 4 (G) 7 (P) #. 
5. To delete the personalized greeting and return to the default greeting press 8 (U) 4 (G) 3 (D) #.

6. Press 6 (N) to play messages

1. 7 (P) to play the previous message.
2. 2 (A) to repeat or play again.
3. 3 (D) to delete the message.
4. 5 (K) to save or keep the message.
5. 4 (H) for tutorial help.
6. 9 (X) to exit the system.
