| This happens when trying to add
or swap a unit that's already in service. You will need to process it as
a reinstate first. (Note: You will need to pull the old record up by using
the capcode or telephone number. You will also need to update the record
with any new information.) |

| INVALID CAPCODE LENGTH OR FORMAT |
| Verify that you have the correct
timing for the service type. |
|
|
| INVALID PAGER / VM PRODUCT |
| The pager number will need to
be checked on the 51 (TLM) screen to make sure the number is
a PVM type in order to add voice prompt or voicemail. If the
type is PAG, resellersupport@usamobility.com will
need to log a Remedy ticket to see if the type can be changed
- if it is not, the phone number will need to be changed in order
to add a prompt, custom greeting, or voice mail. |

| Check the coverage code, channel
code, baud rate and timing. Be sure these are valid for the
Paging Terminal. Frequency and/or baud rate may be rationalized. |

| TELEPHONE NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE

| The telephone number is either
already in use or the status is making it unavailable. If the number is
not already in use, resellersupport@usamobility.com will
need to check option 51 (Telephone Maintenance). The status should be AGE,
AVL, or RSC (reserved for customer.) If status is RSC, the owner field
must be populated. A valid entry for this field is the customer account
number. If the Customer is part of a Parent/Child Relationship, then this
field can be populated with the customer number of the parent or the customer
number of any of the children. |
