CHANNEL/CAPCODE ALREADY IN SERVICE TO THIS PGT
Possible duplicate capcodes, frequencies and baud rates within the division. Please e-mail resellersupport@usamobility.com.
EQUIPMENT NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE
The owner number may not be populated in the equipment record screen (option 21-01). Please e-mail resellersupport@usamobility.com with the capcode, frequency, baud rate, and account number so that they can verify. This field cannot be blank if the customer account has an active Account Access Maintenance Screen (option 13). This field must be populated with the associated account number or the account number of the parent.
FEATURE NOT ACTIVE ON FEATURE FILE
Your rate table is missing this feature and won't allow you to utilize it until it's been added. Please submit an e-mail to resellersupport@usamobility.com with the following information: Account number, Capcode, Pager telephone and or PIN number, VM code, Channel, Coverage and any Feature codes being added to or already existing on the record.
INVALID ADD ATTEMPTED. RECORD ALREADY EXISTS
This happens when trying to add or swap a unit that's already in service. You will need to process it as a reinstate first. (Note: You will need to pull the old record up by using the capcode or telephone number. You will also need to update the record with any new information.)
INVALID CAPCODE LENGTH OR FORMAT
Verify that you have the correct timing for the service type.
INVALID PAGER / VM PRODUCT
The pager number will need to be checked on the 51 (TLM) screen to make sure the number is a PVM type in order to add voice prompt or voicemail. If the type is PAG, resellersupport@usamobility.com will need to log a Remedy ticket to see if the type can be changed - if it is not, the phone number will need to be changed in order to add a prompt, custom greeting, or voice mail.
PAGER CHANNEL/OR TIMING NOT ALLOWED FOR FEATURES CHOSEN
Check the coverage code, channel code, baud rate and timing. Be sure these are valid for the Paging Terminal. Frequency and/or baud rate may be rationalized.
TELEPHONE NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE
The telephone number is either already in use or the status is making it unavailable. If the number is not already in use, resellersupport@usamobility.com will need to check option 51 (Telephone Maintenance). The status should be AGE, AVL, or RSC (reserved for customer.) If status is RSC, the owner field must be populated. A valid entry for this field is the customer account number. If the Customer is part of a Parent/Child Relationship, then this field can be populated with the customer number of the parent or the customer number of any of the children.
UNABLE TO PROCESS CAPCODE VALIDATION
Check channel or timing to make sure it is valid for the Paging terminal. Frequency and/or baud rate may be rationalized.
